Place Your Order in 5 Steps

 

Step 1 - Getting a quote

Every book is different in terms of number of pages, paper stock and coating. To get an idea of our book printing price, please use our instant quote system by specifying your requirements. When you are ready, contact one of our associates to finalize the order.

Step 2 - Send in your ready-to-print PDF file(s)

Files can be sent in three different ways.

  1. Email to us if the total file size is less then 10MB.
  2. Upload to third party file sharing platforms such as Google drive (if you have a gmail account), Dropbox, Sendspace, WeTransfer, Hightail etc. Send us the donwload link once you have the PDF file(s) uploaded to one of these platforms.
  3. Copy the PDF file(s) onto a CD or DVD, or USB drive and mail it to New Cyberian, 1919 Otoole Way, San Jose, CA 95131.

Step 3 - Proofing

Physical proofing sample can be ordered at a price if you need to get the feel and touch of the paper stock you have chosen and the color of the finished book. However, proofing cycle will take about two weeks. Whether you opt to have physical proofing sample or not, we will send you a digital proof for you to check how your files are rendered.

Step 4 - Payment & Production

Once we get the approval from you, we will process the payment and start the production. Depends on the quantity, lead-time from the approval to shipping will range from 2 to 3 weeks. If you need a physical proofing sample, please talk to our associate to make the necessary arrangement.

Step 5 - Shipping

New Cyberian offers drop shipping, fulfillment, and storage services at very reasonable prices. If you need to split the order to be shipped to different locations, just send us the addresses and we will take care of it for you. Please communicate with our associates on your deadline so we can make the necessary arrangement for you to get your books on time.
